Wizz Air today firmed up its previous MOU with Airbus for the purchase of 12x A319 and A320 aircraft. The deal also includes option on 12 more. The engine choice for the A320 family will be provided by the International Aero Engines V2500.
The first delivery is to commence in the summer of 2007.

It is interesting to see that they decided to order a mix of 319s and 320s, and even more interesting that they will also choose for a 156-seat config like easyJet.
Form the link you provided:
"configured in a comfortable single-class layout, seating up to 156 passengers in the A319s and up to 180 passengers in the A320s."
It is a great expansion for them, as they operate their current network with only 6 aircraft. A 7th aircraft will arrive in april, leased from ILFC.
They mention opening new bases in Central and Eastern Europe after the aircraft arrive in 2007. I think that Sofia might be a realistic option for a new base, especially as Bulgaria will join the EU in 2007. Also Romania will join the Union in 2007, so we might see some flights there too.

Dougloid: can you explain what is so funny about their name? Does it mean something strange in English? (it is not my first language, so I might miss several slang-words)

The name is one thing... I personally find the color-scheme a bit frightening. Bright pink in aviation is a bit too much for me. Maybe I'm conservative in this matter, but I just don't like it...
Yes, well, this order is not really new. On the 13th of july, Wizzair and Airbus already signed a Letter of Intent for these planes. Also then Wizzair started a campaign to celebrate the new airbus order, by selling many tickets for EUR 3,20. This is just a confirmation of that deal.

Initially I found the color scheme very strange, but after having flown on Wizzair a few times, I found this color funny (even the hostess have a pink dress )
