Not really sure how to interpret that vote delay. Maybe they just needed an extra day to read over the conditions and determine whether to recommend approval. Maybe they are trying to think of a way to say "thanks but no thanks". I will admit that offering equity in the company was pretty creative. Though I don't know what value there is in a percentage of next to nothing with little growth potential.

How many gates does ATA have out of MDW right now? Does anyone think AirTran would make a move or could they make a move to buy those assets at MDW even though the prior deal went to hell?
