RK,
I frankly do not think you will get an online Venezuelan Civil Aviation register as such. At one time, in the 80s, apart from keeping a manual register in a normal book, you would have to ask for permission almost directly from the Civil Aviation Director at the Ministry to get access to the list. I do not recall having ever seen anywhere printed a complete list of registered civil aircraft in Venezuela !!
I managed to get hold of it (all C type planes, I was not interested in CP, E or government airliners) in 1977 when a teenager and had it printed in the UK (where I grew up) by the Aviation Hobby Shop people.

Well, actually there is this JP from Swizzerland. But they only feature the C registrations, no CP, P or even E. But I guess you know their publications.
