Varig iguala tarifas da Webjet para Brasília
Guarulhos-Brasília a R$ 149 ou R$ 188 e Galeão-Brasília a R$ 149 ou R$ 198. Webjet? Gol? Não, Varig. A copanhia aérea entrou pra valer na guerra tarifária, apenas nas rotas servidas pela Webjet. A classe de reservas é "S".
Essentially, Varig is matching fares offeres by GOL and Webjet, two LCCs, between GIG-BSB (R$149 or 188), GIG-BSB (R$ 149 or R$ 198). The fares apply only to the routes served by Webjet (the above + POA). 1 USD = 2.29BRL
Until recently, Webjet was not paying comission to travel agencies, policy that yielded them a 35% load factor fo last month. Since earlier this week, they announced they will work with the travel agencies.
What you guys think?
Cheers

Surprisingly the Government prohibited VARIG-TAM codeshare arguing they were creating monopoly in the market (antitrust).... Aren't G3, RG and JJ doing the same against WebJet?

Quoting Brasuca (Reply 3): Any plans for a third aircraft?
Yes, it's expected for december. Their plans was 3 aircrafts this year, and up to 8 on 2006.
Due to the fleet size (1 733), their break even is higher, but with 3 planes, probably will be close to 50%
