There is a CRJ-700 in storage in Arizona that previously was flown with Maersk Airlines in Europe. It may be aquired by QX soon for use in the system to supplement flights that have been consolidated due to Q400s going into the shop for engine modifications. Standard QX CRJs have one galley and one lav...this one has three galleys and two lavs. But, the number of seats are still the same at 70.

it has an aft galley, and then the perpendicular two forward galleys??? I think some of mesa's 700s had the two galleys up front, some might still...not sure... (one was a fake galley) really just cart storage...

On the current and standard QX CRJ-700s, the galley is up front, on the starboard side behind the cockpit. The forward part of the galley features two push carts and one garbage bin, along with built in coffee makers and other standard storage compartments. To the aft of that is a bulkhead, behind of which is a closet used for food, water, napkin, and coffee carafe storage.
Seeing how that galley arrangement affects the CRJ-700 as it is...I really find it difficult to imagine that same bird with two more galleys and one more toilet while retaining the same number of seats.

LH Cityline has the same arrangement in their CR7s, 3 galleys and 2 lavs while having 70 seats at 31" pitch. It is possible because the wall between the cabin and the aft cargo cmpt is as far back as it can be.
BBD has certified the CR7 for up to 78 pax plus 1 lav and 1 galley, so the aircraft is of some size after all, it seems... although this config will probably be very tight comfort-wise...
