DUS, of course. But not every flight, some are done with a 772 or an Airbus.

No it hasn't, the 345 goes to CHC and the 77W to AKL, the 77W leaves SYD at 0915 daily for AKL.

According to EKs web-site AKL also gets B772s, or is 77W - B772 and B773?

AKL does have a scheduled 772ER on Saturdays but a 773ER often shows up. Due to the reconfiguration of the 772 fleet.

77W is 773ER!

Yes, this is from MEL.
MEL has 6pw B773 and 1pw B772.

Will MEL also get the B773ER, or will it become one of the first A380 ports for EK, on the DXB-SIN-MEL-AKL sector..

Um don't forget that EK now flies the A345 on the DXB-MEL-AKL route.

Not sure if MEL will get the 773ER, I think they may just wait for the A380.

SYD actually.

This was in reference to a B772 going into AKL occasionally, and my point was that it comes in from MEL, when it does...

They don't fly 777's MEL-AKL anymore. They use the A345. As for SYD-AKL 772's appear here occasionally.

Why would that be? The aircraft are only going to SIN which is about 7.5 hours flight.

BNE will probably get a second flight at some stage, though I think they have used all of their current landing rights in to Australia, I believe they will be having discussions sometime soon, on more landing rights.

Not sure what aircraft they will use, probably an A380 at some stage.
