and cost a rather reasonabe $5,100 R/T....not bad compared to what AA charges for the same flight ($10k +). Keep in mind, EOS "low" fares are most likely just introductory. Eventually, we'll see these fares go up higher but if they want to stay in biz, better be lower than what other airlines are offering.

Quoting 777klm (Reply 8): I don't like it, It looks like a private livery...
that's kinda the idea they are going after....only 48 seats in a 752....more private atmosphere. I have seen some awesome private livery around here....can't remember what thread but it was a 737 and 763...AWESOME. Not sure why you make the connection between a private livery and a bad livery.

Now can someone tell me WHY a company would spend $5,000 - $10,000 USD to get their guys across the pond from NYC when fares are typically $400-$1000 USD round trip in Y?
And I'm sure you won't pay more than $2500 one-way in Y as a walk up on a normal airline.

Wow, I saw this in JFK on Thursday after coming back from dealing with the BUR 292 stuff.
Didn't know what it was as the time, glad I was able to catch a glimpse!
Anyone know if they plan on having more than one aircraft? Not very suitable to the business type if you only have one flight a day. Sure as heck sucks if you're running late and miss your flight, "I'm sorry sir you'll have to wait this flight is closed, our next flight departs in 23 hours and 55 minutes..."
I checked out their website, looks like a nice carrier but reminds me a little too much of Legend Air if anyone remembers them. Does anyone know why these airlines keep coming out with this all first class product? There doesn't seem to really be a market for it and yet now we have MaxJet, EOS, Primaris, United PC and I'm sure a few others I've missed.

When you're sending someone on a trip to sign a $50,000,000 deal, $10,000 to send him/her in comfort is not an issue. It's the same as saying, why would someone buy a $90,000 Mercedes when you can get a Kia for $10,000.

especially when they need a good night's sleep on the plane, even if it is only 5 hours.
