Guess that answers that question. Its a nice terminal no question, but was it worth it, with the void left behind in dfw?

What is an "airport winery"? Are they growing grapes between the runways? Are they crushing grapes in baggage claim?

It sounds like a bar and liquor store that only sells wine from one vineyard. Whatever?

That'll go a long way to alleviating the gate-wait problem. Will the Terminal A border control/customs facility be shut down? AA were the only ones that used it. IMO it'd be great if the 14:30 arrivals (LGW,FRA,CDG,ZRH, etc) could be split up between A & D to alleviate the Customs rush. The lines get absolutely insane with two 777s and two 767s arriving at once. Then again if D is properly designed it won't have that issue anyway.

We here at AA here in DFW will belive it when we see it. If it does happen i betcha it's only a couple of flights a day until the first of the year... AA does not want any problems over the holiday season and there are still a bunch of problems in Term D I've been told.

Just realize that DFW was already building the terminal way before DL announced they were pulling out.

Will any flights be shifted to Terminal A with the move of AA international flights to Terminal D? Will AA international departures be leaving out of Terminal D?
