The final report on the accident of the KLM B737 at BCN last November is available:

A buzzard damaged the nose gear at take-off at AMS, breaking one of the cables of the nose teering and jamming the other one. This left the nose wheel rotated to the left and while landing at BCN, PH-BTC veered to the left and left the runway. Luckily only some injuries.
Contributing to the accident were some maintenance issues with grease incorrectly applied on the nose steering cables.
