Are Their Any Other Niches Left In The US?

Are there any other niches left in the US? The US/UA merger may result with reduced services (since there almost always is). So where exactly are the niches in the US that still aren't occupied?
Does anyone know of any?

It's only half in the US, but maybe a regional airline connection northern Mexican cities with southwestern US ones. Nobody take my idea!!
