Sounds cool! Too bad we won't get to see the 190's at PDX for at least a few years. I doubt JetBlue would dare try and move in on the strong hold AS and WN have up and down the west coast from SEA and PDX for a while.

jetBlue is being a bit of a drama queen concerning the route announcements for the 190 - assuming that the E190s will be taking over certain segments operated by the A320s atleast for the first months, this is becoming a bit silly in my opinion. When new cities start to be added, atleast there will be some advance warning, as jetBlue will need a couple of months of lead time to start selling seats on the new flights.

E170 - 29.9 m - Range: 3704 Km (2,000 nm) - 70 pax
E175 - 31.68 m - Range: 3304 km (1,800 nm) - 78 pax
E190 - 36.24 m - Range: 4260 Km - (2,300 nm) - 98 pax
E195 - 38.65 m - Range: 3889 Km - (2,100 nm) - 108 pax

Look at DH, they should have had the A319 up in running within a short period of time after they received them however they took a rather long time to get certified to operate them and in the mean time had to operate two CRJs at the same time on some routes...

I'm sure once B6 is given the go ahead they'll add extra frequencys rather than announce new routes. The E190 is rumored to be staying up north near JFK for the first 6 months or so in the case of needing to work out any kinks. Give it some time...

Well said. B6 should be "conservative" while launching the E190 until they "know" the airframe. Then... watch out!

The E190 can do London City?!? I'm impressed. I know the E170 has double flaps for that airport, but if the E190 can that is a big plus.
