I wouldn't rule any of them out for ATL service, but I think I've heard someone say that HVN's runway length would restrict takeoff weight.
If you ask me - ATL-BGR and ATL-FSD seem a bit far fetched, pretty much if those happened, then places like BIL, FAR, GEG, DLH, RST, YWG would also seem like goot ATL destinations - but then again Delta flies SLC-BDL and other odd routes.

The key to ERI service is making it cheap enough that people don't feel the need to drive to CLE/PIT/BUF... especially if they can fly to their final destination directly from those airports (specifically PIT/CLE) versus connecting flying from ERI. And when you're running CRJ's and cheap fares, you don't make money, as Delta is very used to.
