How interesting that they include six SN flights from UK destinations to BRU. A sign of things to come? How long will it be before BA gobble up SNBA...?

Point of interest...

Click on Australasia Map.

Look at the route direction of the QF flight from Auckland to Los Angeles.

What a long way to go...

Good job BA  Wink

Well guys, I don't want to douse you enthusiasm about this innovation, but compared with some some of downloadable route map/schedule applications such as the on from KLM, this BA effort is still pretty lame.

I think the KLM website as a whole is a nightmare to navigate. The BA site is far superior even before the new route maps!

Gives the same long way round if you click on Los Angeles in the North American map too

LOL...they also need to workon their geography...they put COS East of DEN, when we are actually completly South of Denver.....I think this is enough not to fly BA ever ever in my life

What a FANTASTIC job has been done with the route maps and destinations. Well done to ba.com!!!

Venezuela747 - if that minor hitch of putting COS to the SE of DEN instead of completely south means that you made the decision never to fly BA then I truelly dont think you ever should. I am sure that the powers that be at BA will not lose any sleep......................TRUELLY

Good job, BA!

BUT

please show us a global view too, instead of clicking on each Continent, and trying to construct multileg trips in our mind. You know, like the route maps you see in the airline mags. I think this is a major design issue, so please redo.

Still a big BA enthusiast!! I do want BA to be the best in everything they do.

And they also left off the "OBISPO" from San Luis Obispo (SBP)

Wonder how long the Phoenix routes will be staying....since they're officially the Star routes of US Airways now.

By using this logic the same could be said of PHL and DEN, plus DTW for Skyteam.

Remember that LHR is a Oneworld hub on a far higher scale than PHX could ever imagine. The only thing that would push BA out of PHX is if they are forced to move to LGW.

I actually cant remember one!!! Only a list of their destinations on their website as far as I remember, could be wrong!!

This one is a lot better, despite the spelling mistakes.  laughing

Venezuela747- my apologies must have had my nasty head on and so I hope that I and BA can be of service to you soon or one day in the not to distant future. When are we going to return to your great country???? Loved my times there. Must put nasty head away when on this forum................

26 Christa: Wales isn't even labelled on the map.. shouldn't really matter to us Welsh anyway.. not as if BA even serves Wales. Regards, Chris
27 Squirrel83: Great map!! I never knew BA did not serve SLC-LHR route. . . Or CVG, MSP, I mean even Tampa FL has a route to LGW.
28 Post contains links Aisak: Sure of that?? Check out what Spain is like for those in Asia...
29 Richardw: Wales is important to BA, don't they have a maintenance facility at CWL? Map still has HP routes, the codeshare ends next Saturday.
30 Post contains images ZSOFN: According to that map BA fly ORD-IAH on either a mainline, subsidiary or franchise, as opposed to codesharing. Is this true?
31 Post contains images GEEZ: BA do actually fly from ORD to IAH and vice versa, daily. BA295 LHR-ORD-IAH and the return flight BA294 IAH-ORD-LHR. Chris
32 ZSOFN: Do they have 5th freedom rights on the leg?
33 Post contains images Wrighbrothers: Nope , saddly not, if you wanto to know more just do a quick forum search This new route map is great, but I still wish they did the paper timetables
34 Jmc757: Nice new route map. Now if only they'd make the booking engine useful. Fine for one-way or return A-B-A, but have you tried booking multi-city on it?!
35 PlaneGuy27: It wouldn't be fifth freedom as the two points are in the country. It is cabotage which is illegal under US Law. This flight is to get Houston passen
36 ZSOFN: I see. But I'm surprised there's sufficient demand for a T7 on the route. Why doesn't AA just operate it as a codeshare like so many other US destina
