I'm not POSITIVE, but I think they do. When I went to ORD in Feburary 99, there were quite a few. I don't believe that United changed any to an 8-woindow config. instead, kept it 3.

United recycles the food on their trans-Atlantic flights. I think all airlines should and save food as long as people are starving.

Yes I am. No airline recycles food. What a loser. Not United not anyone. It is unsanitary.

UA retired their last 747-100 in September last year. There is still one left in the fleet but is stored somewhere, probably in Las Vegas. The planes you saw in February must have been 747-200Bs. The last 747-100s UA used were ex-AA planes and only had the three windows on the upper deck. The777Man

Can you read? They're operating 1 747-122 and 4 747-123. That is 5 747-100.

United DID retire the last of the 747-100s. They are no longer in active service with United Airlines. I know this for a fact because when my mom got the revisions for her inflight F/A handbook, the instructions were to get rid of the 747-100 section. United has 6 -238B's from QANTAS currently.
