North American Airlines: More Flights JFK-Accra!

North American is increasing flights to Accra from JFK starting December to 4x per week. Unfortunately, still no news on the hoped extension to Lagos. Schedule is posted on http://www.africanflyer.com

Actually, I'm not so sure how accurate that article is. North American announced some time ago that they would add six round trips between 12/15/05 and 1/12/06 to provide extra service around the holidays. No indication at this time that they're going to continue at this level beyond that date. You can check out their website at www.northamericanair.com.

Which other West African cities do you believe warrant a connection with the USA, specifically NY, either non-stop or one-stop? Obviously LOS. What about, say, ABJ or DKR? I realise they are the capitals of Francophone African countries, but...

RK use to fly 6 weekly ABJ-DKR-JFK when i took that rout 70% of the passengers were from DKR. Also a good number of gambains on the flight
