haha I have a whole cd of those real american heroes and real men of genius ads.
Just because I live in Canada doesn't mean I can't laugh at jokes against Canadians and just becuase my favorite airline is a LCC wont stop me from laughing at this. I know their pilots are all qualified its just a joke.

Those commercials are always good and this one is no exception!
As for the subject matter, people need to lighten up! Anheuser-Busch is not advocating beer in the cockpit so I don't really see what the problem is. It's A JOKE.
I'm not sure how it makes me want to drink their beer but it is humorous at least. Typical of US beer ads.

Perhaps they should have made it Mr. Discount Airline Customer instead of pilots. Yes, I know it is a joke, but it is demeaning of pilots of USA LCC's. While back in the 1980's it might have been possible to have many more poor airline pilots at LCC's, since then it is much better. All pilots have to meet demanding standards no matter wether a major or an LCC. How about the Jet Blue pilot in that recent incident in LAX? For an LCC pilot he did a 1st class job. I would suspect that the quality of pilots at LCC's, especially at WN, are comparative with any major. At least at most LCC's they know they are getting paid, will have a job for a while (except at FlyI) and not getting screwed on their pensions (ie: UA, US & other majors).

They don't call em' emergencies anymore. They call em' Patronies.
