But Delta's current route expansion is clearly carried out under the protection of current bankruptcy legislation which others (i.e. non-US carriers) do not enjoy. In this sense it's false competition (as are subsidies) and unfair trade and I wonder if the WTO shouldnt have a look at it. I'm actually surprised it hasn't been challenged already before the WTO, though that may already have happened, I don't know.
