It appears to be a fuel and crew rest stop, FRA-ORD-HNL-AKL.

The flight number is 6970. Is this cargo? Charter? Do they have 747-400 freighters? Seems like Chicago would be a more expensive place to land and refuel and rest than some?

Any facts? Opinions?
