Emirates Turns 20!

Emirates has apparently turned 20 years old today.

I find it strange this was not mentioned on their website.

Thats awesome, I first saw an Emirates plane in KHI in 1987, it was an A300
which I believe was loaned to them from PIA.

I used to fly the B 727 from Dubai to Beirut back in 1993. I remember we used to board the plane from the rear!!! Awesome!!

Maybe 20 years is not enough to make it sound like an experienced airline.

Is it me of QR is not such a newbie since it was formed in 1949... That's a more respectable 56 years old!
