Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could give me the loads of BA25, BA31 and BA27 from LHR to HKG on the 3rd of November.

I have checked the bsafe staff travel online thing and the flights look ok but that obviously includes the overbooking factor, which I gather is quite high for Hong Kong flights.

Thanks for any help.

As a student, what authority do you have to access BA's Staff Travel site?

I'm getting a little tired of people asking loads for flights on this forum! Why not call the airline through their Reservation number? (BA: 0870 850 9850) or if you have the right authority, you can call staff travel on 0870 850 850 6 and press option 1 for load information.

Alternatively, you can call any travel agent and request load information (you may have to say you are staff in some cases).

Safe flying.

As a student who is the son of a BA stewardess (a retired one), I have access to the staff travel site.

Thank you for your advice. I never knew about checking loads over the phone.

Not trying to hijack the topic, but I never thought all 3 flights are so close together, I know the LHR-HKG spans between 6-10 pm, perhaps they should use twice daily A380 and save one slot.

This really isn't the best place to ask.

The loads given out on the staff travel intranet site and also over the phone include the overbooking profile. The booking class availability shown in reply 4 is more or less meaningless when it comes to loadings.

Unfortunately, actual BA load information is not something the airline wants accessible to everyone!
