I travel from Athens to London frequently with Olympic Airways and I'm very satisfied (I've been in B734,A300-600,A340-313) but want to fly with one of BA or Virgin. Please let me know any experience of these two (compare service, smooth flight, meals, aircrafts used etc).I've heard that BA uses B767 and Virgin A320 for this route.
Thanks

Please take Virgin! Why else would my handle be "Virgin Lover"? It's the best airline I've ever traveled on! The amenities are great, F/A's are extremely nice, and the food is actually edible. Fly Virgin!

Half of your statement is right, Teahan. PTVS on flights to Athens-London, are not guaranteed, but some flights do have them. I believe they give out amentity kits on all their flights. I don't think the kits are so expensive to not give anyone one!

It's like you've read my mind guys.I like Virgin the most too but haven't you tryied both airliners to tell me where Virgin is better than BA ? Is it better to try the B767 of BA or the A321 of Virgin ? Do they have PTVs for such a short trip ?
Thanks again.
