Did SU Announce The Order For 787/A350?

Aeroflot said that it was going to announce an order for either the 787 or the A350 today. Has anyone heard anything?

As far as I'm aware, Aeroflot DIDN'T say they would make an announcement. They only said they'd take a decision.
