Santa Barbara Took-off Their 763ER Nov. 2nd.

Hey guys,

Well, speculations are over. Santa Barbara made it's first 767-300ER revenue flight yesterday flying CCS-MAD-CCS. Proudly, they published the new on their site, explaining several things I considered important. (sorry for any possible translation mistakes)

So, this means that S3 is using a 767 with another livery?

That's a lot of money, considering our current situation. I think it was the right decision. Those DC-10s were causing too many problems. Actually, S3's CEO states that these 767s will save 40% compared to the older aircraft.

So, can we conclude that these aircraft will be equipped with First, Business and Coach, due to their three cabin layout? And how about the "entertainment system"? Do you guys think they're PTVs?

I really want to see these aircrafts soon!. Tomorrow I'm going down to CCS to see if I can spot it. If it really happens that they're using a different 767, I'll be happy enough to see IB A346!

Two minor corrections:

The modern aircraft was leased FROM an Irish company...

It's not inversion, it's investment.


And no, I don't think they'll have PTV's. They're probably drop down screens where they will show "Secuestro Express" to the european tourists!  silly
