Does anyone know of where the first 762s will be deployed in COs route system? I think there scheduled to be delivered in Oct, but the 764s, which are being delivered only a month or two earlier, were anounced back in Jan where theyd be deployed(EWR-GIG). Anyone?

The first 767-400 will operate EWR-GIG from October
1, 2000, replacing a DC10-30 on the route.

The 767-200's (Continental ordered 10) will begin
deliveries in October. They will replace DC10-30's
on IAH-GRU, EWR-BRU, and EWR-AMS, as well as
EWR-CDG (second flight). The first CDG flight is
operated with a 777.

There are no plans to service EWR-AMS/BRU with the 762 in the near future. The service will remain a 757 until next summer at the earliest. EWR-ZRH will get the 762 on 18 January. EWR-CDG #2 will be a 764 for a period, but the DC-10 is back in the schedule next year.

Last time i checked i saw a 767-400 scheduled for EWR-ZRH.

dont expect to see a 767-400 in houston till 2001
