They fly lower frequency service, and have a fairly basic approach to cabin service, but the pricing is good, their management is superb, their aircraft are on-time, and they have a friendly staff. People who want fancy departure lounges, business class seats, hourly flights, and meals on board might look more at those shortcomings, but that's not the market they serve: for it's type of customers, WJ is probably the best anywhere.
