Dow Jones reported that Ryanair Holdings plc announced that Chief Executive Officer Michael O'Leary said that he's likely to step down within the next five years. (from reuters)

Looks like he's going to take the money and step back for a while, or could O'Leary actually be thinking of moving on to a more lucrative second career? Maybe his own airline?

Thread title is a bit misleading.... maybe add "in 5 years" imho....
