What airlines fly to all continents? I´m thinking about AF, although I´m not sure if they fly to Australia.

Can you help me out?

MH /SA / BA each fly to all six inhabited continents Africa ; Asia ; Australia ; Europe ; North America ; South America

I could be wrong but I think they are the only ones since QF pulled out of EZE a few years ago

KL used to fly to all 5 continents (Asia, Australia,Europe, Africa and America), therefore the 5 circles (crown) in their logo. The horizontal bar underneath represents the connection between the continents by KL.

Too bad Kl dropped services to SYD.

nice story - but I suggest you count the dots on the crown again - there are only 4 - or did they change it when they dropped SYD

No Oz for AF  Sad Now does PPT count for Oceania? I would assume yes, but BA still beats them by serving all continents MAINLAND...

BA flies to six continents: Oceania, Africa, S Am, N Am, Asia, Europe. And you can subdivide Asia in how many sub-continents you wish, they still serve all of them (Middle East/Arabic Peninsula : yes, India: yes, Far East : yes!)

Your right.....  ashamed  . The story behind the logo is correct though, I was told that at a presentation on one of the KLM Open House days, which are every 5 years.

BA flies to six continents: Oceania,

.. Oceania is a region , not a continent - so AF would need to fly to Australia ( which BA do of course ) to qualify for six continents - ( I suppose AF could fly to Antarctica - they have a base there , but not a lot of traffic )

If CO flew to Lagos they would also be included. They are really close now since TLV is within spitting distance to Africa.

CO had applied for an Africa route, I think it was Lagos, but either was denied or backed out.

It was last spring I believe that it was announced.

This one might come as a surprise but Thomsonfly/Britannia serves all 6 Continents.

Not bad for an airline with a fleet of only about 40 aircraft!

Aeroflot (still in Soviet Union times) used to have a slogan "... on all the continents". Was that true? They definitely covered two continents by just domestic routes  Smile. I know for sure their routes covered both Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa. Anybody knows if they have ever flown to Australia?

yes - they briefly ran scheduled services to SYD with A310 - probably one of the Aussies on the board will have more information .

I am not sure about Soviet Union times but in sometime between '93 and '95 SU had a service to Australia with a technical stop in Katmandu.

The source of information is their routes map in the inflight magazine.
