American Airlines AAdvantage programme is now fully reciprocal with Air Sahara's Cosmos. The press release says "earn and redeem" on each other.

Cosmos' highest level Gold is after 60 domestic flights, and gets us excellent lounge access amongst other things.

Any guidelines on how to maximise AAdvantage as a Cosmos Gold welcome. Especially ex-LHR towards US West Coast.
