Anyone Up For LHR...24th Nov?

Since ill be in the area (England) that week I'd really like to spend an afternoon spotting at LHR. I don't know of any good spotting locations so if some of you could tell me where to go that would be a great help... thursday the 24th works best, so if some of you want to meet me there that would be cool  Smile just a few of you, im not looking into a big meet. but if it turns out that way thats cool too. Ill be getting a train or bus from Reading.

Do they still allow people to sit at the end of the runway just north of the BA Hangers near TBC? Having previously worked in TBC, it was a spotters dream watching the birds come in. Sadly, I didn't get much work done while working there.

I spent a day in LHR before my flight to DOH in August, I found the best place to be was Mrytle Avenue at the start of Runway 27L!  Smile

There Is a great website that gave me alot of help about where to spot, although I cannot find the link, I'm sure someone else has it also!
