Can someone give me an answer to my question regarding Aeroplan?

I have some miles on my Aeroplan account and I have not put any more miles on the account since March 2005. The question is, after what period do the Aeroplan points expire.

I am AC's aeroplan and also Czech Airlines OK PLUs. Most of the year, I was flying with Skyteam airlines.

I dont want my miles to expire, so how long can i keep them?

If there is no activity on Aeroplan for 3 years, the points expire.
