NWA International Frist Class?

Was looking through the photos and found this picture.

I never knew NWA used to have an International First class. Basically old WBC seats on the Upper deck and Main forward cabin with 72" pitch and enough legroom to hold a party.

Today, many airlines have an International First Class product that is important for thier prestige and profit.

Wouldn't it be wise to fit some in their 744s? (I know they are in BK...but it would create a new profit line) Example. Forward Cabin could have 10 or so First Class seating (compartment style). Mid cabin and Upper deck could be WBC and then reduce the Y from 360+ to just around 300.

So why did they get rid of it?
Would NWA (as a way to rebrand themselves) reintroduce this?
