The following data is only for airports participation in the ACI annual traffic statistics collection. The total passengers figures comprises those enplaned and deplaned with passengers in transit counted only once.
I will select few airport for you guys and list the 2004 vs 2003 ranking. It is clear to me that almost all airport in the top 100 made a growth from 1% to over 53% this year. So why the airline industry is struggling?
is it the fuel problem? Or the low cost concept? Or a long term mismanagement that paid off now?
Any ways here is some airport from the list, let me know if anyone would like to ask about any specific airport .
