Hey, I wanted to know if anyone knows about using defunct airline logo's on screenprinted T-Shirts. I work at a place that wants to use them on some retro inspired garments. Is this allowed?
We are thinking, Pan Am, Braniff, TWA, Eastern, etc. I see lots of different sites that are selling merchandise with these logos on ebay that are not vintage pieces. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated...

So what about all those T-Shirt companies online that sell logo shirts for Braniff/Eastern... do they negotiate compensation deals with the owners or do they just wait for cease/desist letters...
Anybody ever heard of anyone getting in any trouble for using these kind of logos.. I can't imagine it is that bad as there are hundreds of sites selling these kind of products...How would one begin to negotiate with them on a revenue share deal?
