I think that makes them the fastest growing (large?) airline in Europe

THY is growing up like crazy, I am concerning their safety issues and those pilot skill as they are planning to expand 23 point on 2006.

That's just great for TK. These are impressive double digits figures!!!

I look forward their network and fleet expansion. Does somebody know when the 2nd A332 is due to be delivered?

Hayirli ogurlu olsun....( I hope it's the right translation..)
TK should be doing great the next years to come, considering the dynamic economy, the growing number of tourists and visitors and an improvement in political frame-conditions .
TK does-though- need still some work on improving the inflight-service aspect on long-haul flights ...But knowing the efficiency of TK management, they should be tackling this issue with great emphazis...
Good job otherwise...

Are you kidding me, if not just state your facts. TK has very experienced pilots, and great training procedures in place. Many non-TK airlines send their pilots for certain types of a/c training at TK's facility that's number one. Number 2; safety issues if you mean MX you are wrong too, Turkish Technic is very respected and handles many other airlines other than TK.

I was just in IST on Thursday and to the ebst of my knowledge the first A332 is not even delivered yet because of strike at the seat manufacturer, the scheduled delivery was oct 24! I saw the pics of the 2 A332's in full colors in TLS but don't think they are in IST yet.

I agree its good service but could be better of course and consistency is the biggest problem IMO

Merhaba,

That is great news for TK and Türkiye in general. I'm looking forward to their future A343 replacement. I guess TK will order the A350 to replace their current A343 fleet and to further expand their longhaul network.

Good luck to Türk Hava Yollari  Big grin
