Hello All,
As part of my working in BAWC I'm futured to be sent to LGW for some dangerous goods course.
My question is about the flight from / to LHR from TLV, Wgich registrations of the current serving TLV 763 Fleet is equipped with PTV's?
In Know about G-bnwt, G-bnwo, G-bnwn and G-bnwm. any more?
That's it, sound silly, I know, but it's my first time flying

All the Longhaul configured 767's at Heathrow and therefore operating the TLV route are now equipped with PTV's. So unless you get changed onto a Shorthaul 767 which is unlikely, you will have them on your flight.

I just flew BA LHR-DAR last week on the refurbished 767 and loved it!.. it just looks and feels like a new plane (except for the old style overhead compartments.)
The PTVs are good with a good selection of channels.
I like that they have foot rest in coach, but wasn't too happy with the 31' pitch. I am used to seating in exit rows in coach, but couldnt get it on BA.
The service was very good and I was surprised that BA still has extra amenities in coach, like tooth paste/brush, socks, free wine, etc. ( ..surprised because I connected in LHR from no-frills AA)
go to the entertainment guide at BA.com. choose your flight from the drop down list. IF you see a bunch of movies listed, you are getting the new 767.
enjoy!

does someone have a picture of a rifurbished BA 767 cabin?
By the way, I dont like the old style overhead compartments of the 767.Why didn't they go for the 777 interior style?

Yes, you will ( bar any changes) get a newly configured L/H 767, all the L/H LHR 767's are now dusked, and now the conversion of the 4 S/H aircrafts is underway, with the last L/H 767 ( the MAN aircraft) is due to be operating by mid JAN ( 12th I believe) , hope you enjoy BA S/T

Quoting LY777 (Reply 9): Not bad at all but I prefer flying the 777
me too!.. but only if DL and AA could do the same on their 763s, then they will have many happy campers..
