BA are operating a B777 on one of their LGW-MAD-LGW flights today.

Today's BA2466/24667 was cancelled when the B73J (G-DOCW) expected to fly the route went tech. The flight was supposed to leave LGW at 14:05 arriving into MAD at 17:25 before departing back to LGW at 18:10, arriving at 19:30. The aircraft is configured 23C/119M

As a result BA2468/2469 was upgraded to a B77Y (G-VIIF). The aircraft was configured or sold with 62C/162M seats, but only 16C/101M passengers were on board. The return flight has 14C/138M passengers booked on it. The flight left LGW at 16:45, arriving into MAD at 20:05 before departing back to LGW at 20:45, arriving at 22:05.

Wish I was at MAD today to see this...

At least MAD sees the B767-300 frequently!

Does B77Y (G-VIIF) have some First seats? Anyway, nice way to fly back from MAD in a flat bed for the Club PAX.
