Where To Find A Lot Of Information On Emirates?

I'm writing a LONG paper on Emirates for an International Business Operations class. Does anyone know where I can find lots of useful information like business plans, who owns them (not just one paragraph on the Maktoums), their labor force, etc (no speculations and plans made up by A.netters hehehe). I need information from trustworthy and reliable sources. I think this is the perfect company to write a paper on since many people don't even know who Emirates is, they're based in the middle of "nowhere," and they've become a very successful and respectable airline in the industry. I appreciate any info. Thanks!

Thanks AC773... I'll be looking around some more for additional info since Wikipedia's information is just a summary. But thanks anyway.
