I understand that Republic Airlines is flying the EMB-170's under the United Express banner. EMB-170 flights out of ORD were being flown under the Chatauqua (CHQ) call sign. However there were no EMB-170 flights using CHQ flight numbers in October, although there certainly were United Express 170's flying out of ORD. Are these planes being flown under the Shuttle America or Republic callsign now?

As far as I know, all EMB-170s out of ORD are operated by Shuttle America. I've been on them many times now, and they are a beautiful little plane to travel on.

The ones that fly the ORD - ALB route are flown with the Shuttle America call sign.

All of the United Express Embraer 170's are now being flown by Shuttle America. The Delta Connection Embraer 170's are being flown by Republic Airlines...and Chautauqua continues to fly the ERJ's. I want to think it was mid summer when the Republic Group moved all the operating certificates around in reguards to the Embraer 170's.

Quoting EMBQA (Reply 4): The Delta Connection Embraer 170's are being flown by Republic Airlines
Incorrect...
Shuttle America (Shuttlecraft callsign) operates the UAL and DL routes
Republic (Brickyard callsign) operates the US Airways routes

Shuttle America operates UAX and DLC. Republic Airlines operates as USX. Both operate the E170's. UAX and DLC are in a F/Y config, while USX is all Y seating 76.
