it's a domestic 747 - no need for PTV on such short hops

My guess is b/c these -400s are used on high capacity, shot-haul domestic flights, like old SRs - no real need for PTVs

caption says it's flying HND FUK , I have just looked at a timetable and most flights show around 1hr 50m - I believe that there a lot of domestic flights in Japan under 2 hours , HND-SPK which I think for a long time held the record as the busiest route in passenger count is about 1hr 30m
