Sorry, not even a 767-200ER could fly SFO-SYD nonstop with a full payload. It'd have to make a fuel stop in HNL both ways.
Range:
767-200ER - 12,300 km (7,643 mi.)
767-300ER - 11,390 km (7,078 mi.)
767-400ER - 10,460 km (6,500 mi.)
These figures in km are rounded to the nearest ten.
These figures are from the Boeing Website on 767 tech specs at http://www.boeing.com. You can go there to learn more about the 767 and other Boeing a/c.
Frankly, I'm not sure how far apart SFO and SYD are, but I think they're at least 13,000 km (8,078 mi) apart.

JFK-LHR and trans atlantic routes are really what the 767 was made to do, i am fairly sure the 767 could do JFK-HNL but i am doubtfull of the other routes.
