Just wanted to know what the best way is to transfer from GRU to CGH at around 9am. How long does it take? What's the best way? Taxi? A shuttle bu´s? How often does it run?

Well, I am not from Sao Paulo but I´ve been there a few times. I know that TAM and Gol have complimentary bus shuttle between both airports, but that is for pax only.
If I am not mistaken the journey takes about one hour. You can always take a taxi. Should take a little less time, and cost over R$80, but remember this is rush hour and traffic jams in Sao Paulo are huge and unpredictable.
Just in case, be sure you have some time to spare in your hands!

Rafabozzola is right. Tam recomends at least 2h30min (3h is the best) to connect on CGH as traffic jams in the main access roads to São Paulo are just terrible. But at 9h (plus some time on aduana / immigration) you probably will face a better situation.

Yup, about an hour. I would just take the Bus. I took a TAM bus once from CGH to GRU, and even the bus was nice (for a shuttle bus).
It's not tedious, you go through the city and there is lot's to see (not 100% sure on the routing they go). Well, I've already seen it (many times), so it's a bit tedious for me...
Have a nice trip!

My experience is that the transfer GRU-CGH takes about 30min. This because I usually arrive in GRU with KLM flight late in the evening, about 8-9pm, and it takes me 20min to reach downtown Sao Paulo or CGH airport by taxi. [Thats the advantage of arriving in GRU with KL in contrast to AF, as you could avoid peak traffic hours].
The shuttle service GRU-CGH is very reliable and comfortable, and should not take you more than 1h (considering you are arriving at 9am in GRU).
