Now that Pan Am will start services out of MidAmerica Airport starting on August 16th, do you think any other carriers will follow in their footsteps? I think that it is an attractive location, but the airport currently has only 4 gates! Now depending on the arrivals and departures of Pan Am, I think they will only occupy two gates at a time. But if other carriers start operating there, more gates will probably have to be built. I would like to hear everyones opinions on this airport surrounded by controversy, and potential operators. Will it be a sucess?

hello, I live near midamerica airport (BLV) in Belleville, IL (hence the airport code of BLV). I know that midamerica will be a success. I have been in there more than most people and it has everythign it needs to be a great airport. The terminal is also expandable so accomodate more gates when needed.
