This has got to be a milestone for Memphis. We had 4 Kalitta Air 747s on the ground yesterday & 4 expected today. They looked truly incredible lined up side by side. I tried to get some photos but there was not a good place. Kalitta has been running some flights back & forth to HNL and now SJU, ANC, & EWR. Does anyone know what they are ferrying into or out of MEM?

I am guessing they are providing back up service for FedEx to move holiday packages.

Thats kind of what I thought. That is a lot of freight to HNL. As I recall about this time last year Kalitta did the same thing.
