Good lord man! At least show part of the terminal as a clue. Unless of course there is no terminal.

There is a clue in the picture. Not so much as to where the picture is, but rather, where it ISN'T. It rules out a lot of airports. Let's see if you can find it.

Right! So right away that eliminates pretty much everything east of the Rockies except for the possibility that the picture might have been taken somewhere in Tennessee or the Appalachians.

Palm trees in the background? Perhaps Cancun or Cozumel?

There's something about the photo that makes me think it's Bakersfield.

Yes, I know the way to San Jose. From where I live, take 91 West to the 5 north. Stay on the 5 all the way up the Grapevine until the 99 split. Take 5 north past Kettleman City until I reach Los Banos Junction. Go west over Pacheco Pass until I hit the 101 in Gilroy. Go north on the 101 about 40 miles or so and you drive rigght into San Jose.

A little off-topic, but when did G4 have DC-9-10s? And where were they flown?

I'm going with Fresno as well, but judging from your last "Guess the airport" post, we won't know until tomorrow.

The -21 was known as the hot-rod DC-9, because it had the fuselage (and therefore weight) of the -10 series nine, but the wings and engines of the larger -30 series. Not many were built, and all started life with Scandinavian. Several made it out of Scandinavia to the US and were operated by ValuJet and Allegiant Air. Allegiant Air have now retired their -21 to Victorville, where it can be seen with a 757, a TWA 717 and a former American/Reno Air MD-80 in the background

OK, how about
Rapid City - Ellsworth AFB
25 Matt D: Ok....this picture was taken at........ drum roll please............ .....you ready? It was taken at...... naw.....keep guessing. I want to see someon
26 Matt D: Here's another picture taken at the same airport on the same day, if that helps at all.
29 ScottB: Well, the visible engine looks like the intake has been covered up, so I am going to guess VCV.
30 764: Victorville was my first guess, but since when does America West fly there?
31 PVD757: It's not VCV, nor do I think it's FAT. An aerial view of FAT shows more of desert & industrial background than the trees shown in the first pic. I how
32 764: I'd rule out FAT as well. Look at the trees in the background - there is not a single palm tree visible....
33 KELPkid: I've got a guess... Looks kinda like... ICT
34 KELPkid: I checked around in the database and concluded it MIGHT also be... CLT
35 FATFlyer: After a few hours I can't resist. The foothills and the military ammunition bunker in the background should give hints. And the white block over the n
36 KELPkid: Is it... FAT? filler...filler...filler
37 CentralCA: It's definitely FAT. Most likely before/during construction of the new terminal since the apron was redone.
39 KELPkid: What a station identifer...LOL! Gotta wonder about the original pic...what's up with the pylons around the A/C? Does someone actually think this is go
40 FATFlyer: The aircraft used to park on the GA ramp since Allegiant's original headquarters in Fresno opened onto the GA ramp. So they dealt with a lot of "amat
41 Capt.Fantastic: According to Airliners Magazine, this specific aircraft was initially used by Allegiant to fly between LAS, FAT, BUR, and TVL From the above, I think
