Hi all

Well today was absolutely horrible, we had really bad fog and there was in total 18 flights cancelled. Lots of passengers not understanding us when you say the flight was cancelled due to weather and its clear blue skies outside!!

We had zero visibility at one point.

Anyway what prompted me to post was our 737's at LGW are certified to do low visibility takeoffs and landings, what is it that makes them able to do this compared to other types of A/C.

Any comments greatly appreciated.
