Just read in the news that Conviasa has received its second B733. They will use it to tap into Venezuela's most important market CCS-MBO (Maracaibo). They will offer 10 daily flights between Venezuela's largest cities. With this addition the fleet now consists of 2 B733s and 2 Dash-7s.

Anyone knows where this B733 is coming from?

I'm sorry I wasn't clear on my question. I was referring to the new 733 that just arrived, not the 733 of the picture I posted. The picture I posted is from 2004 and yes the plane is a former AF.

I flew Conviasa CCS PMV recently and was very impressed by the service (even on such a short flight)--what realy stood out was that the interior of the 733 was in very very nice, clean and spotless condition.

Good food and beverage and stunning Venezolanas on the flight crew didn't hurt either.

Conviasa get the first longhoul aircraft. It's a former United Airlines Boeing 767-322 (ER) with the registration N650UA (25287/449).

At the moment this aircraft is currently stored at Marana.

I'm not sure but I thinkt that this aircraft is leased from Wilmington Trust.
