Well certainly something different, i heard ryanair tried the same, but gave up on idea when customers didnt like the idea of writing on them in pencil so ryanair could re-use them when customers redeem them......good luck to easyjet with them though, sure they will prove succesful!

I notice you have to call in order to redeem the voucher; Do U2 do the same as FR and have web only fares, or do they just put on a £10 surcharge or something?

Go used to do this prior to their buy out by Easyjet. Interesting to note that over 2 years after they ceased to exist their purchaser have taken on one of their ideas.
