easyJet, Europe's leading low-cost airline, has launched its all new travel voucher - a perfect gift for loved ones, friends and, colleagues this Christmas.

This is the first time the airline has sold vouchers and they are expected to be very popular. easyJet vouchers are the ultimate gift for friends and family. Available in any amount between £25 and £250, recipients can redeem their vouchers on flights to any of our fantastic destinations across Europe. From a weekend in bustling Barcelona to a holiday in stunning Sardinia, what more can you ask for at Christmas?

Well certainly something different, i heard  spit ryanair tried the same, but gave up on idea when customers didnt like the idea of writing on them in pencil so  spit ryanair could re-use them when customers redeem them......good luck to easyjet with them though, sure they will prove succesful!

I notice you have to call in order to redeem the voucher; Do U2 do the same as FR and have web only fares, or do they just put on a £10 surcharge or something?

No trees were harmed by this message. However, several million electrons were terribly inconvenienced

Go used to do this prior to their buy out by Easyjet. Interesting to note that over 2 years after they ceased to exist their purchaser have taken on one of their ideas.
