A380 10 Mile Separation & Operations At Sydney

Due to the wake turbulance issues surrounding the A380 how does a fully loaded A380 taking off to the north on 16R/34L effect dash 8 operations taking off to the west on the cross runway.
From the front the A380's seem a massive plane compared to the 747.
