Hey,
I have a song flight tomorrow. If I check in ONLINE now, I have 2 questions:
1) can I change seats to rows 1 or 2?
2) can I still check bags at the airport? Do I go to the Skycap? Do the skycaps work in the cold at BDL?
Unsure, depends on what rows Song blocks out for gate agent use, but as long as it is not 1 or 2(which I doubt it), then yes, you can change.

Yes! One of the great things about Song and Delta is that you can check in online, then show up at the airport and still check your bags curbside, or you can go inside to the kiosk, scan the barcode, it will pull up your reservation, print your bag tags, and even allow you to print an itinerary, extra boarding card, and I think even let you change your seats. Nice!

No, you cannot change to Rows 1-2 using online check-in. If you wish to reserve these seats, they open up for non-Medallions at the airport.

Rows 1-4, and row 9 are reserved for Medallion (preferred seating) and I believe access to exit rows 16 and 17 are limited to gate assignment...at least that has been my experience.
