Just out of curiosity... We have several postings regarding the very large Qantas order for B787s, which add to a pretty good sales record over the past 12 months, on essentially a new (and unproven, all be it, promising) machine.
The 777 in various models are going gangbusters at this time, after what I think was a very slow initial start in the 1990s.
Just how do current sales for the 787 compare to the early 777 sales? Or are we thinking apples and oranges?
